When you contact NGA Restoration LLC through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, email, or phone, we use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and arrange an estimate. These details may include your name, email address, phone number, property location, and project information.
Inquiries and client records
We do not add website contact-form submissions to our operations portal as client records unless you become a client. If you become a client, we store relevant contact and project information in the client information section of our operations portal to manage our work with you. We do not sell your inquiry or client contact information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Form services and storage
Our website contact form uses Formspree to process and deliver inquiries. Although NGA does not maintain a separate client record for every inquiry, submission copies may remain in Formspree and in the email systems used to receive and respond to messages. Facebook and Instagram lead forms are processed and stored through Meta. Retention in those services depends on their policies and account settings; submitting a form does not mean that all copies are immediately deleted.
Service providers and website visits
We use service providers to host this website, deliver forms and email, and operate our client portal. They may process information needed to provide those services. Our website host and other services used by the site may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser information, and requested pages to deliver and protect their services. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

You can ask us to stop following up about an inquiry, correct your information, or delete information held by NGA by contacting us below.
