She is extremely quick to respond and has an amazing personality, professional yet friendly! He came out very quickly when I called about a leak in our bathroom cieling and of course we panicked that we're going to need a new roof well, it turns out it was a leak from the pipe for our vent and that our roof looked good and probably had another five years, which was a big relief. He said it was not a big job, and he would be sure that it would be done before the rain on Tuesday and kept his word. The price was fantastic. I will definitely be working with them again. I highly recommend them!"
