Promotion Terms & Conditions

• Contracts signed November 1, 2026–January 1, 2027, inclusive.
• Qualifying projects must include either a full roof replacement plus full gutter replacement, or a full siding replacement plus full gutter replacement, at the same property.
• Free gutter guards include NGA’s designated standard product and installation on the new gutters included in the qualifying contract. The product and covered footage will be specified in writing before signing.
• Partial roof, siding, or gutter replacements, repairs, and gutter-only projects do not qualify.
• Offer must be requested before signing and included in the written contract. Not valid on previously signed contracts or completed work.
• Limit one offer per property. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. No cash alternative or credit for declining gutter guards.
• Specialty products, upgrades, and work outside the qualifying scope are excluded from the free offer. Additional charges require written approval.
• Installation is subject to site suitability, weather, material availability, and the contract schedule. Installation may occur after the promotion ends, provided the qualifying contract was signed during the promotion period.
• Gutter guards help reduce debris entering gutters but require inspection and maintenance. They do not guarantee against clogs, overflow, ice dams, or leaks. Applicable product and workmanship warranties remain in effect.
• Changes to or withdrawal of the promotion apply only to future contracts and do not affect offers already included in signed contracts.
