EPDM & Flat Roof Installation in Connecticut

EPDM roofing & fixed skylights

NGA Restoration installs EPDM roofing for flat and low-slope roofs, along with curb-mounted fixed skylights. We assess the existing roof and explain the proposed scope, materials, pricing, and schedule before work begins.

Norwalk EPDM Roof & Fixed Skylight Project

This Norwalk project included removal of the existing roofing, roof deck preparation, EPDM membrane installation, and new curb-mounted fixed skylights. These photos document the work as it progressed.

What our client said

While there was no shortage of roofers who claimed they could repair or replace the roof, in reality three companies in Fairfield / New Haven Counties had demonstrable experience !

Only the team at NGA Restorations (North Haven) led by Nerio Tello, presented a detailed proposal complete with Scope of Work, Material Specifications and Pricing.

Additionally, Nerio and his team provided a realistic Work Schedule which proved accurate to the day !

The work is of excellent quality, with the assurance that NGA will be there should anything need adjusting in the future !
